Site preparation
Building pads, footings, driveways and access roads laid out and ready for your builder.
Includes: layout check, stripping topsoil, pad cut/fill, compaction
Site prep, excavation, grading, land clearing, pond and pool digs, debris haul-off and careful demolition — done by a local crew that shows up when we say we will.
Takes about 2 minutes. Send photos of the property and we can often give a ballpark before visiting. [Callback promise, e.g. “We call back the same business day.”]
Six faces, six kinds of site work. Tap a service on the glass panel — or drag the cube — to see the equipment that fits that job.

Tip: drag or swipe the cube to spin it yourself.

BEFOREAFTER
Demo stock photos. On a live site, replace with a real photo pair of the same spot, town named in the caption.
Drag the slider. The real site would show 4–6 photo pairs from local jobs, each with the town, the scope and how long it took.
Example caption: “[Town], TN · structure removed, pad graded in [#] days.”

Listing the fleet helps builders size you up fast and tells homeowners whether we fit through their gate. Placeholder list; replace with the owner’s actual machines.
We work within about [##] miles of [base town]. Placeholder towns:

Tennessee law requires anyone digging, grading or demolishing to contact Tennessee 811 so buried utility lines get marked. It’s free. Here’s what that means for your timeline:

On the live site these would be real reviews with a link to the Google profile: [X.X] stars from [##] reviews.

It depends on size, how thick the trees and brush are, slope, access, rock and whether debris is hauled away or mulched on site. We give a written quote after a site visit, and photos help us give a ballpark sooner.
Sometimes. Building, grading, demolition and land-disturbance permits vary by city and county, and larger disturbed areas can need erosion-control plans. We’ll tell you what we know applies and help you check with [the local office]. [Owner: list who pulls which permits.]
Many residential jobs take [1–3] days once we start. Add at least 3 working days for 811 utility locates, plus any permit time and weather delays.
Options include grinding or grubbing stumps, mulching brush on site, or hauling everything off. Haul-off costs more but leaves the site clean. [Owner: note any firewood or burning policy; open burning may need a permit.]
Rock, springs and soft clay are common here. If we find something that changes the scope, we stop and talk with you before any extra work or cost.
Soil makes the biggest difference. Ponds need enough clay to seal. We look at your soil and water source first and tell you honestly if it’s a poor spot.
Not for most of the job. We do want to walk the site with you at the start (to mark wells, septic and private lines) and at the end.
[Placeholder: add only if the owner actually offers financing or payment plans, with the provider’s terms.]
[Placeholder: e.g. “Yes, when storms bring trees down, we prioritize blocked driveways and damaged structures.” Owner to confirm availability.]
Send photos and a few details. We’ll get back to you with next steps.

Every quote request arrives sorted by job type, size, ZIP and timeline, with photos attached. Spam is filtered out.
The customer gets an automatic “Got it, we’ll call by [time]” text, so they don’t call three other contractors.
The ZIP check flags jobs outside your range, and “just budgeting” jobs are tagged so you can call hot leads first.
